School of Sewing

Classes are held once a month:

2nd Monday evening

Class size is limited to five students all with your own machines or I have five machines available for rent at $5 per session.  Ideally, using your own machine is preferable so you can practice at home.

Class projects include a pillowcase, drawstring bag, an apron, ruffled key fob while progressing up to making a lap size quilt.  Cost includes the spiral bound School of Sewing book and the first pillowcase project only.  You must provide your own machine, tools, and each projects supplies.  Please make sure your machine is in excellent working order and it has been recently serviced AND you have the operating manual.  This will avoid much frustration on your part.  The first class will cover your machine basics, how to wind a bobbin, how to thread your machine and operate it. You will get to practice your skills by making your first project of a precut pillowcase!

NOTE: April 6th class is correct.  I am presenting at the King City Quilt Guild on Monday, April 13th so I needed to change the class night.
