New Class Schedule
January 21, 2022

Ladies Craft Night Friday, January 28th, 2022

We will be making a String Art Heart and Wooden Bead Garland with Pom Poms.

There is the option of attending the in-person class or purchasing a kit.  The class will be held in the 3Twenty-One showroom, lots of space to spread out and in the shop.  There are only 10 spaces available.  For the kits, I also only have 10 kits available.

Class fee is $25 if paying with cash or a check

$27 if paying by Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle

Call or text Rori at 831-320-9065 to sign-up.  My website does not take payments any more as it got too expensive for me.

Hello and Happy New Year!  For us all, I pray for grace, health, unity, perseverance, open eyes, opportunities to practice kindness, and true heartfelt peace.

It’s the winter season, a time when we typically hunker down, stay home, wear cozy slippers, eat soup, think of our neighbor (folks around us) and stay home if we are sick.  As of now, we are in a rise of C0v*d cases and folks are staying home and events are getting canceled again.  I am hoping it’s an “after Christmas Blip-on-the-screen” and things will settle down.  I pray for wisdom, peace and contentment as we all move forward.

I have some new classes listed on the website, not a ton, but I hope enough variety to peek someone’s interest. Go HERE for the website.

Work in Progress Bag

There are two class time options, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Use this bag to corral your quilt block for your Block of the Month club or for any quilt in progress.  Click on the picture for more info about the class.

Beginning Quilting Class

I’m trying a Saturday class instead of an evening class.  If this works for you or your teen, sign-up soon.  Remember, there is a Machine Basics class as a prerequisite.

I will be teaching this Simply Swoon quilt at Family Threads,

in San Juan Bautista  on

Saturday March 12, 10:00PM - 2:30PM

You must call them at 831-623-0200 to sign-up.  Click on the picture to go to their website.

I have a couple of new Kids Can Sew classes, on Thursday afternoons,  listed.  If you know of a child 8 to 18 who might be interested in learning to sew, let them know I have open classes.

Thursday 2:30-4:00 PM

Thursday 4:15-5:45 PM

What I’m Looking at this Month

I have found a really nice blog and YouTube channel called Dressed for My Day with Kay Harms.  inspiring and helping Women 50+ to get dressed for their unique days.

I personally HATE shopping for clothes and this channel has helped me to figure out what will look good on me at this stage of my life.  My kids give excellent advice, but they have lives as well and can’t shop with me.
